Job Summary
Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Responsible to manage the storage handling and distribution of materials and spare parts within the Gas-Power Plant. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory control compliance with safety standards and efficient support for operations and maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and record deliveries of materials spare parts and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage labeling and preservation of items in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP/CMIMS systems.
- Prepare and issue materials required for maintenance and operational activities.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with Procurement Maintenance and Operations teams for material needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
- Organize periodic stock counts and participate in audits.
- Maintain cleanliness order and security in the warehouse area.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or technical diploma in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management preferably in industrial or energy sector.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures inventory systems and material handling practices.
- Computer skills: MS Office (especially Excel Outlook) inventory management applications
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
Preferred Skills
- Forklift operation certification or experience.
- Primary accounting knowledge advantage
- Basic technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical fields - advantage
- Familiarity with ERP or CMIMS software
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and support emergency requirements.
