We are looking for a Tech Lead Application Supportto join an Agile Squad dedicated to risk reporting rating and reinsurancesolutions within the actuarial and compliance domain. You will work closelywith business stakeholders actuarial teams and developers to enhancebusiness-critical systems ensure reliable delivery and support continuousimprovement initiatives.

Important:Your CV must clearly show experience in application support testing SQLExcel VBA and working with business users in banking/insurance/actuarialenvironments.

About the Role

You will ensure effective system usage supportbusiness and actuarial teams contribute to product evolution and lead testingefforts. This role sits within the Squad4RS Reporting Risk Rating & Reinsurance Solutions partof the IT Actuarial & Compliance Tribe.

The position includes product supportresponsibilities Agile delivery involvement and hands-on testing andrequirement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

ProductEvolution & Business Support

Understand business needs and ensure they shapethe product roadmap

Collaborate with the Product Owner onrequirement analysis workshops and delivery planning

Write userstories and acceptancecriteria

Support developers to ensure alignment withbusiness expectations

Participate in Agile ceremonies (planninggrooming daily review)

Assist in persona creation user journeys storymapping

Maintain functional documentation

Communicate with business teams and tool vendors

Testing& Quality Assurance

Define test strategies & scenarios

Design write and execute test cases (expert level)

Conduct non-regression testing

Track issues qualify and prioritize defectsand ensure resolution

Report on test execution progress

ProductionSupport

Monitor business processes

Manage support requests & incidents (viaJIRA)

Track corrective maintenance and testing cycles

Support occasional out-of-hours activities whenrequired

Requirements

Experience

36years experience including 5 years as Business Analyst in insurance/banking/actuarialcontext

Degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science or relatedfield

TechnicalSkills

Expert knowledge of Excel with VBA

Expert knowledge of SQL

Strong experience with JIRA and ServiceNow

Practical experience in software testing

Knowledge of ITIL 4 practices

Advanced experience with ALM-Octane

Practical knowledge of Gherkin

Practical experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)

Optional knowledge

Optional additional SQL knowledge

Optional experience with Microsoft Visio
