Job Summary

ENBD is seeking a highly innovative and transformative delivery professionals to assume responsibility for developing the people process and technology to compete on the global delivery role will reside in the Group IT division. Group IT drives and delivers the IT solutions that powers success across multiple international geographies and nationally within the Group IT - Technology Platforms develops and supports a comprehensive catalogue of technology services and platforms. The success of the team is measured through service availability high velocity delivery of new and enhanced IT services that enable and empower the business and through the successful balancing of cost capability development risk and overall service part of Group IT and the Transformation program our focus is on improving effectiveness and efficiency to our customers and partners within Emirates IT has a matrix management structure. The Technology Engineer role will have line management and reporting into the VP Technology Chapter but will be assigned to a Platform squad for task management and prioritization. The engineer will implement the design and build of the platform along with all associated components from inception to maturity of the running environment over time. The role will be responsible for driving change and delivering new technology into the Bank by onboarding customers and applications to the Platform via self-service and engineer will work closely with other Platform and Product teams in educating them on the new Platform services and features to ensure any transition and consumption is optimal. Teams work using Agile DevOps Product Management methodologies delivering work packages based on the priority in the NBD is looking for Senior Technology Engineer to build and maintain ENBD SDN-Fabric network using Enterprise Sonic and Legacy networking. Our stack is Cisco Sonic and Cloud (Azure OCI AWS).The candidate ideally should have a track record of building Cloud Network for enterprise organization and describe in detail how it was built or an extensive network administration experience as well as experience in building SDN-Fabric Networks using expert in Cisco Networks Cloud Networks Automation and associated DevOps In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of networking technologies such as- Cloud Networking (Azure OCI AWS ) BGP OSPF IPSEC DMVPN Layer-2 Technologies (VLANSTP RSTP VTP MACSEC VPC) VXLAN WLAN NAC WAN OptimizationStrong technical expertise with a focus on development and coding. Designing and implementing enterprise-level network architectures including Datacenter LANs WANs WLANs Cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure and security knowledgeFacilitating getting the work done across the parallel development teamsFacilitating discussion decision making and conflict resolution Clear internal and external communication improving transparency across teams and stakeholdersAbility to work at an abstract level and continuously pivot to arrive at the best solution for the end customer Energized by complex problem solving and ability to innovate new solutionsAbility to work under pressure manage client expectations effectively
