Job Summary

Job Description: Deliver ServiceNow workflow automation for the Enterprise RBAC initiative enabling standardized access request and approval flows integrated with the IAM Orchestration API.

Top Skills: 4 years ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated work in IntegrationHub Flow Designer and Catalog.

Strong knowledge of REST API integration JSON/XML payloads and authentication patterns (OAuth mTLS etc.).
Working knowledge of Active Directory and identity lifecycle automation concepts is preferred
Scripting proficiency (JavaScript Glide API ServiceNow Script Includes).
Ability to collaborate with IAM and architecture teams to align with enterprise governance and compliance requirements.

Project Description: Configure and extend ServiceNow Catalog Items Flows and Business Rules to support role-based access requests and approvals.

Implement secure REST API integrations with the IAM Orchestration endpoint to perform user and group updates in Active Directory.
Work with the Technical Lead to align data schema payload structures and error handling.
Build and test user-facing catalog forms approval logic and certification workflows consistent with ATBs Access Advisory guardrails.
Document configurations workflows and dependencies to support ongoing sustainment by ATBs ServiceNow Platform team.
