Daily Banking

In this domain youll lead customer-centric marketing strategies across transaction accounts savings and payments. Youll craft compelling value propositions and deliver integrated full-funnel campaigns that resonate with key segments. Your work will enhance the customer experience and strengthen INGs brand in the everyday banking space.

Consumer Lending

In the Consumer Lending domain youll drive growth by shaping customer value propositions and leading go-to-market strategies for lending products. Youll define target segments orchestrate full-funnel campaigns and deliver measurable commercial outcomes while enhancing the customer experience.

Whether in everyday banking or consumer lending they bring deep domain knowledge creativity and commercial acumen to craft compelling propositions and lead integrated campaigns. Theyre a natural collaborator confident navigating cross-functional teams and bring energy adaptability and a test-and-learn mindset to everything they do.

What youll do (Both Roles)

  • Develop customer-led portfolio strategies using market customer and competitor insights.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns across paid owned and earned channels.
  • Shape messaging and creative direction to ensure communications are on-brand and resonate with target segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Digital Customer Intelligence and Legal teams.
  • Optimise marketing performance through test-and-learn roadmaps and data-driven decisions.
  • Coach and uplift the marketing team fostering a high-performance customer-first culture.
