Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join our team in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive leadership you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving our organizations success in this dynamic market.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors banks and investors
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present financial reports and analysis to the board of directors and executive team
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA CFA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a senior finance role
- Proven track record in financial planning analysis and strategic decision-making
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and Saudi Arabian financial regulations
- Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and performance metrics
- Proficiency in advanced financial systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
