About the Role:
Were looking for a Web Engineer to help designand build a shared TypeScript SDK that centralizes reusable platform librariestools and best practices. This SDK will make it easier for teams across ourclient to integrate with internal web infrastructure improve consistency andaccelerate development workflows.
Thisrole is embedded within a broader platform mission rather than a single productteam. Youll work in close collaboration with internal advisors participate ina lightweight standup cadence and lead a focused well-scoped project. Whilenot part of a formal team youllbe supported by stakeholders across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design anddevelop a shared TypeScript SDK for use across our clients internal web stack.
- Consolidateplatform libraries gRPC wrappers and common utilities.
- Engagedirectly with web infra teams to align on best practices and encourageadoption.
- Contributeto developer experience improvements through documentation and tooling.
- Joinweb-focused ceremonies (advisory boards check-ins) and collaborate acrossplatform missions.
Requirements:
- Strongexpertise in TypeScript including structuring libraries and reusable modules.
- Solidunderstanding of web infrastructure including dependency management buildtooling and API integration (e.g. gRPC).
- Ability tooperate autonomously navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across teams.
- Comfortableinterfacing with a variety of teams and disciplines to gather input andevangelize usage.
- Bonus:Experience contributing to SDKs internal platforms or developer experienceteams.
