The role
As a Data Engineer at TimeEdit you will play a central role in building our data foundation establishing how data flows across our platform and enabling both internal insights and customer-facing analytics.
In 2026 this is more than setting up a warehouse its about designing the backbone for how TimeEdit turns data into actionable intelligence. Youll define how product teams structure and share data architect and implement pipelines and lay the groundwork for future data products that help universities make smarter evidence-based decisions.

Key responsibilities
- Build our data foundation: Design and implement TimeEdits first company-wide data warehouse.
- Develop pipelines: Create reliable secure data flows from multiple databases into a unified platform.
- Set standards: Define data contracts schemas and best practices for consistent high-quality data.
- Enable insights: Make data accessible for product decisions and customer-facing analytics.
- Ensure quality: Implement monitoring validation and optimisation to keep data accurate and performant.
