Job Title: Quality Operations Specialist (CSRD)
Job Location: Rijswijk The Netherlands
On January 5 2023 the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) officially came into effect. Starting from the 2025 fiscal year our company will fall under its jurisdiction and is therefore required to publish sustainability reports in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Main Responsibilities:
- Be able to quickly interpret data requirements in accordance with EU and Dutch CSRD legislative standards liaise effectively with consultants and headquarters experts and complete the collection and consolidation of data from multiple subsidiaries within the reporting scope in line with disclosure requirements.
- Collaborate with CSRD reporting consultants to establish a comprehensive CSRD reporting process ensuring report quality and timely delivery in compliance with audit requirements
- Communicate with CSRD auditors to efficiently complete the projects pre-audit and final audit stages.
- Develop an end-to-end (E2E) solution covering the full CSRD reporting process including report preparation pre-audit and final audit.
Requirements:
- One year or more work experience.
- Bachelors or masters degree in management or law is preferred.
- Strong understanding of EU legislation particularly in the area of sustainability.
- Solid project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in design with strong ability to use relevant digital and analytical tools effectively.
- Strong ability to think in terms of management structures and processes.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Chinese or Dutch as well is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships within the team.
