The Opportunity & Contract Profile
Join the dedicated premises team of an Outstanding school committed to maintaining a high-quality environment. This role requires flexibility and practical skills to support the daily running and security of the school buildings and grounds.
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year). Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Site Security: Key holding duties and responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises.
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs basic DIY and ensuring all maintenance logs are accurately recorded.
- Support: Assisting the Site Manager with porterage and supporting cleaning operations as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a site support role and good communication skills.
- Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience (ranging fromFTE).
- Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
