About the Job

• Facilitate in-store training and onboarding for new starters
• Lead daily in-store coaching supporting Sales Consultants growth and development
• Observe and coach team members on customer engagement selling skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with Store Managers and the Training Manager to monitor and improve training outcomes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create emotional connections through storytelling (80% of your job)
• Achieve individual and team sales goals taking accountability for results

About You

• Experienced in a multicultural retail environment ideally within luxury fashion cosmetics or lifestyle brands
• Passionate about people development learning and coaching others to succeed
• Strong presentation and excellent communication skills with proven customer service expertise
• Digitally proficient; English language skills are a plus
• A winning personality curious empathetic agile and able to build trust quickly
