About the Role
We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our friendly team in Wirral.
As a Health Care Assistant you will provide high-quality person-centred care that promotes dignity independence and a sense of security for our residents. Youll build close relationships with residents and their families ensuring that every individual receives truly personalised care.
Location: Wirral
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Negotiable
Tasks
Support residents to maintain their dignity individuality and independence at all times.
Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care (e.g. washing dressing feeding).
Help with the general day-to-day running of the home.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents staff and visitors.
Keep accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements
You will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Ideally you will have at least one years experience in a similar care role.
- You are compassionate patient and have a natural ability to connect with others.
- You have excellent communication skills and a caring positive attitude.
- You can manage your time effectively and understand the importance of good record-keeping.
Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship. Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to provide:
- A valid passport copy
- Share code (if not a British passport holder)
- DBS certificate
