Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to support our lead generation campaign execution and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing data-driven strategies and creative storytelling. This role will provide hands-on exposure to running marketing campaigns across multiple channels managing databases and contributing to conversion funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management :
Generate leads through digital and offline channels including Google Ads Meta Ads Email Marketing WhatsApp Communities YouTube Ads and events.
Assist in strategizing and executing ad campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure ROI-driven marketing outcomes.
2. Data & Funnel Management :
Manage and organize the database of potential clients and leads.
Track and maintain accurate lead data across CRM and marketing tools.
Support in funnel management from micro conversions (interest inquiries) to macro conversions (sales sign-ups).
3. Client Communication & Engagement :
Engage with potential and existing clients through personalized communication.
Build relationships and ensure regular touchpoints for lead nurturing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication flow.
4. Strategic Support :
Contribute ideas for creative campaigns brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling marketing content.
Stay updated with current marketing trends AI tools and creative best practices.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field (Freshers can apply).
Basic understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads and YouTube.
Strong knowledge or interest in AI-based creative and design tools (e.g. Canva ChatGPT).
Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.
A smart entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.
Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):
Experience in marketing campaign management or related roles
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
Understanding of sales funnels and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and data analytics.
Experience in content creation or copywriting.
Exposure to event marketing or community management.
