ABOUT THE POSITION
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the companys marketing initiatives using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning to aid in driving sales and increase the profitability of the company. Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns for the regions. Reports marketing and campaign related sales results to the Global Marketing Manager and Senior Executives/Stakeholders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
current offerings and come up with initiatives for new campaigns products or services that will complete the link between what the brand communicates and how consumers are brought to the point of purchase.
marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
and analyse market trends demographics pricing competitor products and activity and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
with Global Marketing Manager and marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams within the region.
and oversee the creative development of promotional material website & social media content advertisements and all marketing-related activities.
with various media buyers advertising agencies and printers to assist with the completion and implementation of marketing projects.
within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and present them to the Marketing Manager & Senior Executives/Stakeholders.
marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
that the Marketing team communicates efficiently and that each member of the team completes his/her scope of work to the best of their ability.
hire and train marketing staff members where required.
and execute social content calendar and community manage social platforms.
CRM tool and facilitate queries to the relevant department.
and evaluate potential collaborators and manage ongoing collaborator relationships.

Strategy The ability to analyse the market and develop marketing campaigns that will answer to the consumers needs and ultimately increase the companys bottom line.
Channels Review various media and social media channels to ensure the money spent will get the most reach and awareness for the brand
Management Build and maintain supplier and client relationships
be able to correctly apply the brand identity & visual guidelines to marketing and consumer facing material.
the ability to adapt to challenges and the markets ever-changing needs. Adapt to new technological advancement in order to strengthen the companys marketing capability.
conduct research on a regular basis to stay in touch with the various market trends and changes.
