Job Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders providing expert HR guidance and and implement HR initiatives that align with the companys objectives and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and deliver customized HR solutions.
- Lead talent management efforts including workforce planning succession planning and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a high-performance culture.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver best-in-class HR services
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant fields
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices labor laws and global HR trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use HR analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a global organization is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
- Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent English as a must
- Applicants with experience in studying or working abroad are strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP is preferred
