Your day as a Nurse PRN
As a Long-Term Care Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents adhering to facility policies physician orders and the applicable federal and Arkansas state regulations. Your expertise will promote both the physical and emotional well-being of residents ensuring they receive the compassionate support they deserve. You will be responsible for safe medication administration and will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve individualized care goals.
This position allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of residents ensuring they feel valued and cared for in a nurturing environment.
What were looking for in a Nurse PRN
To succeed as a Long-Term Care Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village candidates must possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills which are essential for evaluating residents needs and implementing effective care plans. A thorough understanding of long-term care regulations and nursing best practices is crucial to ensure compliant and high-quality service delivery. The ability to lead and motivate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is necessary to create a cohesive team environment focused on delivering exemplary care. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required to maintain accurate records and foster clear interactions with residents families and colleagues.
A compassionate and patient-centered approach is vital to support the emotional well-being of residents. New graduates with robust clinical skills and a keen interest in geriatric nursing will be considered provided they hold a current and valid Arkansas RN or LPN license.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
