What You Will Do:
- From prospecting to closing deals youll independently manage the entire sales processshowcasing our AI-powered HR solutions through engaging demos and driving exciting discussions all the way to contract signing.
- Take the initiative to proactively reach out to potential clients via calls emails and social mediabuilding relationships and creating exciting new opportunities for the business.
- Use your sales expertise to evaluate leads and identify real sales potential setting up the team for success.
- Dive deep into our product offerings so you can effectively communicate the unique value of our HR tech solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies that will grow Simployers presence in the Norwegian market.
- Keep our CRM up to date with the latest sales notes and actions while also providing valuable feedback to the team to refine our strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking development opportunities in the ever-evolving world of sales and HR tech.
