Compensation: 12 15 LPA (Depending on experience and capability)

At Bowl Curry were on a mission to make Indian food globally accessible and ridiculously convenient no cooking skills required. With clean-ingredient curry kits bold flavors and chef-crafted recipes were re-imagining how Indian food travels across the world.
Were now scaling Bowl Curry globally across Amazon Shopify and international marketplaces and looking for a leader who can take charge of that journey.
Role Overview
The Global E-Commerce Growth & Brand Manager will lead Bowl Currys digital and marketplace growth across international markets. This is a hybrid role at the crossroads of performance marketing brand building and data-driven e-commerce strategy.
Youll manage global platforms campaigns and brand storytelling from optimizing ROAS to shaping Bowl Currys identity on a digital shelf. Think like a founder act like a growth hacker and build like a brand custodian.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Growth
Manage Bowl Currys listings catalogs and performance across Amazon (US UK UAE SEA) Shopify and emerging D2C channels.
Own performance marketing across Google Meta and Amazon Ads optimize CAC ROAS and LTV metrics.
Plan and execute localized campaigns by region adapting creative assets copy pricing and SKU focus.
Build conversion funnels and track performance through GA4 Helium 10 Jungle Scout and Shopify Analytics.
Identify and manage influencers affiliate partners and regional creators for brand expansion.
2. Brand & Content
Shape and evolve Bowl Currys Indian Food Simplified narrative for diverse markets.
Collaborate with creative and packaging teams to design product visuals digital assets and marketplace A content.
Lead social media growth across Instagram TikTok and YouTube Shorts with storytelling that balances local authenticity and global appeal.
Analyze market trends and cultural insights to refine brand messaging per region.
3. Analytics & Strategy
Track weekly/monthly performance sales CAC LTV retention and SKU trends across markets.
Benchmark against competitors like Spice Tailor Sharwoods Sukhis Pataks Trader Joes and Tilda to identify gaps and opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports that visualize growth by channel and geography.
Recommend A/B tests product innovations and campaign optimizations based on real-time insights.
Preferred Profile
4 8 years of experience in E-Commerce or Growth Marketing preferably within CPG Food or D2C brands.
Deep understanding of Amazon FBA / Seller Central Shopify and D2C ecosystems.
Proficient with GA4 Helium 10 Jungle Scout Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong brand and design instincts knows how products should look feel and sell online.
Global mindset can adapt brand narratives for different markets without losing Bowl Currys core voice.
Analytical creative and comfortable balancing growth and brand integrity.
