Position Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret insurance policy documents and contracts.

• Extract specific claims related benefits provision from policy documents.

• Input extracted data into a predefined template.

• Verifying that each benefit or clause is correctly matched to the appropriate field in the template

• Ensure consistency and completeness of data entries as directed.

• Escalating unclear benefits clauses for further review.

• Collaborate with internal teams for clarification when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Good command in English with ability to understand and comprehend insurance contract.

• Experience in using Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or other similar AI tools
