This contract on-site position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our healthcare staffing solutions while serving patients in need of exceptional obstetric and gynecological care.
In this role you will work closely with a variety of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care ensure patient safety and support womens health initiatives. Your expertise will help address staffing needs in a fast-paced environment making a significant impact on both the facility and the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans for various conditions
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in patient education and counseling
- Respond to medical emergencies as needed
- Stay current with best practices and medical advancements in Ob/Gyn
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Active medical license in the state of Ohio
- 1-3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting
Schedule: 12-hour call shifts
Level II Nursery 5 admissions per day
Annual Volume: 1800 births
30 beds
Cases: 70% low-risk OB 10% high-risk OB
Delivery: 25% c-sections 75% vaginal
Support Staff: Midwives OB/GYN APPs full L&D staff
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
