Job Title: Senior Manager Marketing Content Creation
Location: Jacksonville FL Hybrid
SS&C Advent delivers financial technology solutions and services to financial services clients in the asset management wealth management and alternative investment space around the globe. SS&C Advent is seeking a results-driven versatile senior product marketing leader to drive content strategy and execution within its Wealth division.
As the Senior Manager Marketing Content Creation the successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues in SS&C Advents Wealth division leading the development of marketing content that communicates a clear compelling and unified narrative across all areas of product functionality. The role involves taking full ownership of content projects from planning through execution ensuring all materials serve campaign objectives and align with business priorities.
The candidate will be a self-starter who understands and articulates product positioning in the wealth management industry to capture the correct brand tone. Skills such as functional marketing expertise and a proven track record of creating diverse marketing materials achieved through collaboration with business leaders are essential.

- Lead product marketing content development to support integrated marketing campaigns focused on promoting SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions.
- Own the end-to-end content creation process from concept to delivery for items such as whitepapers social media posts blogs and more to ensure accuracy timeliness and alignment with the marketing campaign calendar.
- Follow established workflows to maintain consistency transparency and collaboration across marketing product and design teams.
- Ensure quality and brand integrity by reviewing and editing marketing content for clarity grammar punctuation and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
- Partner directly with internal product leaders to:
- Develop clear differentiated solution positioning tailored to various audiences (clients prospects C-suite internal teams etc.).
- Develop and deliver content assets including but not limited to:
- Product and industry-specific blogs
- Thought leadership-focused whitepapers
- Internal communications and award submissions
- Sales enablement collateral (eBooks product briefs one-pagers etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for design requests ensuring all creative deliverables align with brand standards and timelines.
- Track and report on content performance using data-driven insights to continually refine messaging and improve engagement.
- 58 years of experience in a marketing organization (B2B software or financial services experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with a demonstrated commitment to process discipline and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to evaluating and improving content effectiveness.
- Experience using social media as a strategic marketing channel.
- Working knowledge of marketing and sales technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketo Workfront Monday etc.).
