Play an integral role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality high-performance projects across the globe. As a Quality Administrator you help ensure that every step of our work meets the expectations of our clients our internal standards and our broader Environmental Management System (EMS). You work closely with the Quality Manager in the manufacturing facility providing essential administrative and technical support that keeps daily quality operations running smoothly. You collaborate with teams across engineering construction procurement and project management becoming a trusted resource who keeps quality at the center of everything we deliver.

Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and quality support to the Quality Manager and to assigned projects or programs ensuring consistent adherence to customer requirements company standards and established processes. This role thrives on cross-functional collaboration and is essential to maintaining the integrity reliability and efficiency of project execution. You will bring structure clarity and expertise to a fast-moving environment where quality truly matters.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Quality Manager within the manufacturing facility helping manage daily workflows documentation reporting and communication.
• Support project teams by ensuring compliance with the EMS customer specifications and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate daily quality activities across project management engineering construction procurement production and inspection teams.
• Prepare review and maintain quality documentation reports meeting minutes presentations and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage specialized complex quality administration tasks including involved mathematical or technical calculations as required.
• Assist teams with troubleshooting issues related to quality systems processes procedures and tools.
• Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries and provide guidance to ensure alignment with established standards.
• Provide informal leadership and mentoring to less experienced personnel to help ensure consistency across quality-related tasks.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to improve processes eliminate inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exercise independent judgment to recommend actions aligned with project goals quality expectations and organizational standards.

What youll bring to the role

• A secondary school education (or equivalent) and 7 years of relevant experience in a quality technical or project-support environment.
• A deep understanding of quality systems project processes and administrative best practices.
• Experience supporting or coordinating work for a Quality Manager supervisor or technical lead in a manufacturing industrial or project-driven environment.
• The ability to work under limited supervision while planning coordinating and executing your own workand at times the work of others.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to prepare and deliver reports proposals and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• A collaborative proactive approach paired with the ability to influence guide and mentor team members.
• Advanced proficiency with tools systems and software used in project executionand the ability to assist others in their use.
• Sound judgment strong organization and the willingness to take initiative when navigating complex or ambiguous situations.
• A steady solutions-focused mindset that helps project teams stay aligned with quality expectations and project objectives.
