Job Description

We are a seeking an experienced assembler who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic electro-mechanical mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components assemblies or sub-assemblies.

What youll do

The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

  • Follow production drawings procedures and work instructions in detail understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites medical defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications

  • Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Operate and set up Dage 400 and K & S 4124 Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications.

  • Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential.

  • Assist with training as required.

  • Perform Bond Pull Die Shear and Sheer Strength Test as determined by Supervisor.

  • Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder epoxy and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes.

  • Inspect completed work to quality requirements.

What you need

  • Possess excellent manual dexterity manufacturing knowledge. Experience with small parts small hand tools equipment and microscope.
  • Ability to read and work from engineer drawings work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
  • Possess a solid quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control.)
  • Must be able to work overtime if required on short notice.
  • High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity.
  • A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly production environment or cleanroom experience is essential.
