Job Summary
Respond to incoming events from tracking units by contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with vehicle
Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles
Attend to client queries
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- 2 years Call Centre experience
- Vehicle Tracking Industry Experience advantageous
- Ability to work in shifts
