This role is based in theMichelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing Finance Logistics Order to Cash Personnel and Service Management.
This role will manage designated portfolio of signed contracts with customers and responsible for all elements related to their management including the billing process and offerings. Assist customers and service providers seeking solutions to meet their needs with efficiency agility and quality while respecting the company values.
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree;
Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);
Customer support experience is considered a plus;
Problem solving skills and customer-oriented approach;
Team-worker attitude and proactivity;
Analytical skills;
What will you do
Ensure support to: Customers Back Office and Service Providers (Claim management included):
Provide operational support to the customer or service provider through different channels (phone chat email etc.).
Assist the Customer/Service Provider with any aspect of services operations question: problems training compliance escalations etc
Confirm customer and vehicle data.
Provide help and answer questions on billing and invoice disputes (divergent values payment)
Analyze complaints received
Proposal for measures to improve practices
Resolution of the complaint
Provide on-going support to Field Operations during the pre & post equipment service delivery.
Perform remote customer support for our solutions (ex: Telematics OTR customer integrations etc).
