Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Colombia Brazil or Mexico Remote
Salary: $1500 $2000 USD/month Commission

We pride ourselves on delivering world-class solutions and exceptional service to our clients and were looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth in Latin America.
The Role
As a BDR at Anypath you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your mission is to generate qualified meetings for our sales team through outbound prospecting. This is a high-energy target-driven role where consistent effort confidence and persistence are rewarded.
Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (65 per day) to identify and qualify potential clients.
Schedule at least 4 qualified appointments per week for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
Represent Anypath professionally and confidently to prospective clients.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development preferably in MSP or IT services.
C1 English level or higher.
Comfortable making high-volume calls and meeting weekly appointment targets.
Highly self-motivated reliable confident and shark-minded.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
