About the Role

Youll provide person-centred care and support that empowers our participants to live independently and with dignity.

Your day might include:

Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with daily living activities and meal preparation
Supporting medication reminders and personal care
Helping with light household tasks
Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities

Multiple locations to work at including:

Northern Sydney

Hornsby Ryde & Upper North Shore

Epping & surrounding suburbs

What You Bring

A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or interest in Aged Care (Cert III preferred)
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with people from all backgrounds

Requirements:

NSW Drivers Licence fully insured vehicle
Valid First Aid & CPR National Police Check & WWCC clearance
Proof of Australian work rights
Smartphone (for rostering app use)
