Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications.

Design implement and support servers networks and cloud solutions.

Manage VPNs routers firewalls switches and security configurations.

Monitor systems perform backups and maintain documentation.

Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and network issues.

Ensure system stability and business continuity.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of IT experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Office 365 Exchange Azure SQL and SharePoint.

Experience with virtualization cloud technologies and server hardware.

Familiarity with SonicWall VMware and Linux (GUI/CLI).

Experience with Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.

Certifications (preferred): MCSE MCSA CompTIA A/Network Cisco VMware.

Strong troubleshooting analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Required Skills:

Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital con enfoque en analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial. Experiencia comprobada en el levantamiento de requerimientos de negocio identificación de casos de uso de IA y generación de business cases. Experiencia en trabajo colaborativo con áreas de negocio y tecnología facilitando talleres entrevistas y procesos de descubrimiento.

Conocimientos Técnicos:Conocimiento práctico en metodologías de diagnóstico organizacional descubrimiento de procesos y priorización de para traducir problemas de negocio en oportunidades de IA viables con estimaciones de impacto (ROI eficiencia reducción de costos).Manejo de herramientas de prototipado visualización de datos y análisis exploratorio (ej.
