Job Summary
Were hiring Client Development Specialists to help expand our national client this position youll provide consultative support education and follow-up care to clients seeking personalized solutions.
Responsibilities:
Contact and consult with clients virtually.
Educate them on service options and benefits.
Track all communications within our CRM.
Provide prompt responses and maintain professionalism.
