ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESS SPECIALIST Live Production(WILLMAR MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processes vendor invoices by accurately entering and verifying details to ensure timely and compliant payments.
Reviews and resolves invoice discrepancies by troubleshooting errors and coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
Communicates with vendors to address payment inquiries clarify invoice issues and maintain positive working relationships.
Initiates and codes P-Card transactions by processing payments and ensuring accurate account allocation and reconciliation.
Manages fleet vehicle administration by overseeing registration maintenance schedules and assignment records for company vehicles.
Handles WEX card oversight by monitoring fuel card usage verifying charges and ensuring proper coding and reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Discipline forward thinking and self-motivated.
Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Able to prioritize and organize workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

A two-year degree or more than 2 years experience in related accounting discipline.
Experience running reports and trouble shooting from various systems to get desired result.

At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.25-$27.00 per hour and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skill set level of experience and geographic market location.
