We are looking for a dedicated part-time Apartment Leasing Agent to support two small residential communities in the Aberdeen area. This role is essential in driving occupancy and maintaining resident satisfaction by effectively showcasing available units responding to inquiries and addressing maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate will bring a professional demeanor strong communication skills and a proven background in property or hospitality management. There is also the potential to include an apartment as part of the compensation package depending on performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase vacant units to prospective residents
- Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone email and in person
- Assist current residents with maintenance request coordination and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of showings applications and resident communications
- Support community engagement and contribute to a positive living environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or hotel/residential customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in using property management software and basic office tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is a plus
