Requirements

A. Raw-Material scheduling:

Schedule Raw-Material receipts at plant considering date wise requirements consumption patterns & any specific constraints at RM warehouse.

Work together with MPSer towards sufficient availability

Work with Sourcing teams to ensure smooth supplies & maintain required safety stocks at plant

Monitor consumption of all BoM items as well as packaging items to maintain required Safety stocks

B. Warehouse capacity & stock transfers

Provide necessary stock transfer plan to Central warehouse.

Utilize capacities of warehouses- both central & plant correctly to minimize bonding.

To manage raw-material supplies- both imported & local-to concerned warehouses with Impex and Purchase team respectively to avoid any detention due to space constraints.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years of experience required

Prior experience in Raw Material Planning Sourcing Production Planning Working experience on SAP PP/Purchasing
