The Mechanical Engineer for Material Handling and Grinding is responsible for the operation maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems involved in material handling (e.g. conveyors stackers reclaimers bucket elevators) and grinding processes (e.g. ball mills vertical roller mills separators) in a cement plant.
The role involves ensuring equipment reliability minimizing downtime and maintaining safety and environmental standards.
The engineer works under the supervision of the n-1 level (e.g. Maintenance Manager or Senior Engineer) and collaborates with the control room production and electrical teams to support efficient plant operations
