Description

As an Identity & Access Governance Expert you will be responsible for designing and implementing INNIOs enterprise-wide IAM vision. This role focuses on strategic oversight governance and architectural alignment of identity services with business and security objectives. While primarily strategic the position also requires hands-on involvement in key areas to ensure secure and effective implementation.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the design and governance of IAM systems including user provisioning role-based access control and integration with internal workflows
Drive the implementation and lifecycle of privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk EPM including rollout planning and validation
Define and enforce Zero Trust architecture principles including MFA password-less authentication (e.g. YubiKey WHFB) and device compliance strategies
Oversee secure identity lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with compliance and audit requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives with business and security objectives
Implement risk mitigations identified by the Audit team
Provide subject matter expertise and act as an escalation point for identity-related issues
Maintain and evolve technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
Participate in high-priority incident response and change advisory board (CAB) activities to ensure secure and timely resolution of critical issues

Your Profile:

Proven experience in IAM PAM and cloud security architecture
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Entra ID and workflow automation tools
Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure authentication methods
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into secure solutions
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution when required
