Job Summary

Our dynamic biopharmaceutical partner with a strong focus across various therapeutic areasincluding onco-hematology and rare diseasesis looking for a Market Access Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the full range of activities required to secure access to the companys products for eligible patients as well as achieving and maintaining optimal market access reimbursement and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of market access strategies and business development plans by providing scientific insights and strategic advice to General Management business units marketing sales regulatory finance and other key functions.

  • Lead the process of securing funding for the companys products including both standard reimbursement pathways and Individual Patient Funding (EMK) procedures.

  • Develop pricing access and reimbursement strategies and execute market access plans.

  • Monitor healthcare policy changes and assess their impact on business operations.

  • Gather and analyze stakeholder insights leveraging payer value drivers to inform strategy.

  • Engage with external stakeholders to execute market access strategies and priorities.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for preparing pricing and reimbursement documentation including HTA reports Budget Impact Models and other required analyses.

  • Actively contribute to the preparation of HTA dossiers in line with local regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with KOLsto develop expert assessments.

  • Prepare all necessary documentation for price registration reimbursement submissions and other market access filings.

  • Address follow-up questions or clarifications from authorities promptly.

  • Participate in meetings with national health authorities and other stakeholders involved in the reimbursement process.

  • Develop and present strong credible value propositions for the companys products to external payer audiences.

  • Foster transparent and constructive communication with local and regional teams.

  • Work cross-functionally to align market access priorities with broader business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic market access within the pharmaceutical industry regulatory affairs or consultancy.

  • Relevant educational background and in-depth knowledge of industry standards regulatory requirements and applicable legislation.

  • Ability to anticipate future trends and adapt strategies to ensure business success.

  • High level of integrity with a patient-focused mindset.

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Strong track record of ethical compliant and professional engagement with stakeholders across the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to build internal networks and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.

  • Significant experience in reimbursement negotiations with a successful track record in securing product funding.
