What Youll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery experience ideally in a leadership role

- Manage the daily running of your room ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning development and wellbeing in line with EYFS
- Lead mentor and support your team of early years practitioners
- Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
- Monitor progress maintain accurate records and support childrens individual need
