What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous nursery experience ideally in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
Creative caring and inclusive approach to early childhood development

Manage the daily running of your room ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning development and wellbeing in line with EYFS
Lead mentor and support your team of early years practitioners
