Job Summary
A leading design studio is seeking a talented and technically focused Architect or Technologist to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on two high-profile aviation projects within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Lead in addressing environmental legal and regulatory factors
- Contribute to planning applications and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate surveys and integrate findings into the design process
- Prepare and present design proposals using CAD and Revit
- Advise on contract selection and technical specifications
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate building performance
- Promote sustainable strategies including refurbishment and recycling
- ARB-registered Architect or qualified Technologist with strong technical design experience
- Proficient in Revit Adobe Suite Photoshop and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- London airport project experience highly desirable
