Were searching for a Richmond based Chief of Staff to join our UK&I Presidents Office team so that we can drive strategic initiatives operational excellence and executive effectiveness across the UK&I region. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the UK&I President blending high-level administrative support with strategic planning project management and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth executive operations and impactful leadership execution.
How Youll Spend Your Time
- Managing complex calendars and travel logistics to prioritise strategic engagements
- Preparing high quality presentations reports and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitating quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to translate strategy into measurable goals
- Tracking progress on strategic initiatives and surfacing risks for timely decision making
- Gathering and analysing performance data to support executive decisions
- Leading planning and execution of leadership events such as Core Weeks
- Coordinating agendas content and communications for executive forums
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Drafting executive communications and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
- Representing leadership in meetings and maintaining confidentiality and continuity of messaging
What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having
- Proven success as an Executive Assistant Chief of Staff or strategic support role ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Exceptional organisational communication and project management skills
