Job Summary
The Order Management Associate is responsible for managing the full order lifecyclefrom order placement to final delivery to the customer. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless and efficient order experience helping to foster customer satisfaction and long-term trust in our operational capabilities. The associate works cross-functionally to ensure timely fulfillment and proactive issue resolution contributing to overall service excellence.
