As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Enablement team you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support the collection of user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver customer value.
- Analyze track and evaluate product metrics including work to time cost and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
- Write requirements epics and user stories to support product development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
- Leverage customer feedback and data to optimize existing products and inform new feature development.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 8 years of experience in product management focused on platform core services (notifications alerts preferences workflow document management).
- Deep understanding of the product development life cycle for enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across time zones and business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex platform concepts.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience designing developing and optimizing platform capabilities for multiple business applications.
- Familiarity with API-driven architectures cloud platforms and integration of platform services.
- Prior experience in financial services technology or enterprise platform environments.
- Knowledge of compliance security and regulatory requirements relevant to platform services.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a focus on enhancing platform features for enterprise-wide use.
