Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Home Health Plainview TX (Day & Night Shifts)
BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a 1-year-old male pediatric patient in his home.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in a calm focused and supportive environment.
Position Details
Schedule: MondaySunday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Pay Range: $30$35 per hour (based on experience)
Differential: Additional night-shift pay
Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit
- Location: Plainview TX
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting
Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach including suctioning and trach care
Administer feedings via GJ Mickey button
Track and document vitals and observations throughout each shift
Maintain a safe nurturing environment for the child
Qualifications
Active Texas RN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience with trach and ventilator care (required)
Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings
Pediatric home-health experience preferred
Reliable calm and confident working independently
