CIBCs Summer Internship Program is a dynamic 10- 12 week experience (June through August) designed to complement your academic training and support your career aspirations. Centered around the core theme of Learn Connect Grow the program offers a comprehensive blend of opportunities to expand your skills and professional network.
As a Private Wealth Management Intern you will work alongside a proven team of investment professionals gaining technical analytical and industry-specific skills. Throughout the summer you will engage with CIBCs executive leadership connect with peers and participate in community outreach initiatives.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Private Wealth Management Intern you will:
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity independence of thought and superior quantitative and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
Strong reading and writing abilities integral to the research process.
Professional judgment and conduct in work products and interactions.
Competency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg or Factset is an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
How Youll Succeed
Compensation:
This role has an expected hourly rate of $25.00 per hour for the State of Massachusetts market based on experience qualifications and location.
