The position is fully remote and does not require night shifts.

- 12 years of experience in a customer support role or a similar role
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Self-motivation reliability and the ability to work independently
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy and patience

- Support users across all current and future company products
- Communicate with users via email App Store and Google Play reviews
- Ensure every user has the best possible experience with our brand
- Respond to customer requests promptly politely and accurately
- Facilitate user interviews to gather feedback and help improve the product
- Collaborate closely with the product team sharing insights and suggestions based on user feedback
