Are you passionate about international shipping and ready to take your career to the next level Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an experienced Import Operator to join our New Zealand seafrieght team

What Youll Do

Manage end-to-end import processes for seafreight shipments
Coordinate with carriers clients and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely releases
Maintain shipment data and client records in our transport management systems
Monitor key milestones and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations

What Youll Bring

Minimum 2 years experience in international shipping and import operations
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CargoWise or similar transport management systems
