We are looking for an Employee Communications & Experience Manager to join our team.
This newly created role is pivotal in achieving business outcomes through the strategic review selection implementation and ongoing management of communication technology platforms. You will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy that enhances both how we communicate and how employees experience our organisation. You will champion initiatives that promote our culture enhance organisational knowledge clarify our ambitions and foster meaningful connection across teams. Through thoughtful communication and experience design you will enable sharing collaboration and celebration of success - ensuring every employee feels informed engaged and valued throughout their career.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate communications professional with strong experience of driving internal communications who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
