Job Summary
Position Description:
Designation : Manager Consulting Delivery
Experience : 14 years
Location : Preferred Bangalore other option - Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai
Experience:
12 years (with at least 5 years in Oracle CC&B & People Management)
Flexible to work in European shift to overlap with the Canadian team during that shift
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Management of a Utility Account involving Oracle CC&B
Experience in managing AMS Support services with a team of near 25 members
Strong Utility experience with Oracle CC&B/C2M background
Managing the team supporting AMS and Development activities
Strong ability in Service Management activities
Strong vision and strategic thinking towards technology & modernization including automation & AI
Strong experience in operations and P&L Management
Client & Stakeholder management
Governance & Continuous improvement
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to Oracle C2M MDM or other Oracle Utilities Cloud products
Experience in utilities domain (Electricity Water Gas)
