Banking industry SME specialization in Financial Crimes

Youll collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs propose customized solutions and showcase the value of Adastras offerings.

Location: Across Canada

Position Type: Contract estimated duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension

Employment Type: Part-Time (46 hours per week during regular business hours)

Work Type: Hybrid occasional on-site presence required for meetings

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the banking industry focusing on financial crimes

• Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients and thoroughly understand their pain points and business objectives

• Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastras capabilities including data management advanced analytics and AI-powered systems

• Conduct demos to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of Adastras solutions for Banking clients

• Act as a subject matter expert offering technical and industry insights to both the sales team and clients

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends technologies and best practices in the banking industry to ensure Adastras offerings remain competitive

Qualifications Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in the banking industry at an executive level with a strong understanding of:

• Financial Crimes

• Customer journey

• Data-driven decision-making

• Experience in the usage of data analytics business intelligence and the application of emerging technologies such as IoT predictive analytics and machine learning within banking landscape
• Executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
