Whats the role
As a Team Manager within Business Lending Operations you will lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Youll maintain strong attention to detail uphold service standards and ensure daily priorities are managed effectively. Your role includes driving team performance to meet objectives fostering deep relationships with customers and business partners and collaborating across teams for efficient end-to-end processes. Youll resolve issues promptly manage communications professionally and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics. With a focus on quality productivity and continuous improvement youll inspire your team to exceed service commitments and achieve development goals.
What do I need
- Strong knowledge of business lending practices
- Background in banking and financial services with a focus on operational excellence and customer-centric solutions
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and deliver process improvements
- Demonstrated leadership experience including managing teams and influencing outcomes
- Proficiency in document preparation and compliance processes
