Whats the role

Were looking for a Service Owner Proposition Delivery Business Lending to lead the identification development and delivery of Business Lending propositions that make a real difference to our customers and bankers. Whether its a market-leading product launch a policy enhancement or a process improvement youll play a key role in shaping outcomes that align to the Business Lending strategy.

This role leads the Channel Effectiveness stream within the Marketing Customer Experience & Channel squad; a dynamic team focused on delivering tangible business impact through collaboration insight and innovation. Youll balance hands-on project ownership with team leadership translating customer insights data and banker feedback into practical high-value solutions. Many of the initiatives will support customer journeys in train such as SME get a loan or Working Capital. Success in this role will require initiative resilience and strong stakeholder management across multiple business areas including product credit policy marketing and distribution.

What do I need

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects within tight timeframes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills translating ideas into tangible outcomes.
  • A mindset to drive a project end to end across the value chain
  • Exceptional stakeholder management negotiation and influencing capability.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills to engage senior audiences.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive results.
