Brand Services Associate (SpanishEnglish)

Were hiring a Brand Services Associate for our growing European business. This is a fast-paced multi-faceted role that requires candidates to have strong communication and people skills as well as a tech-savvy nature. A willingness to roll-up your sleeves jump right in and take ownership will make a huge impact on Material Banks business development!

What youll do:

• Working with the Brand Services Managers you will act as the liaison between Brand Partnersand the business
• Responsible for onboarding new Brands and project managing getting Brand live on platform
• Be a consultative partner to our Brand Partners and help analyze site activity as well as provide guidance on overall success on the sales platform
• Respond to inbound inquiries from our Brand Partners
• Provide updates regarding program changes including system updates
• Support partnership marketing initiatives between Material Bank and its Brand Partners
• Maximize sales by driving upselling and providing education around offerings
• Participate in and achieve monthly promotional sales goals

What youll bring:

• 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
• 3 years of experience in a project management role or similar with the ability to manage complex projects
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient Excel skills
• High level of attention to detail
• A client-focused mindset
• JIRA QuickBase Dashboard and Zendesk experience or similar ticketing platform
